General Terms and Conditions Exclusive Cars<\/p>

  1. Applicability These general conditions apply to all agreements and services of Exclusieve Cars, established in [city] and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number [Chamber of Commerce number], hereinafter referred to as \"Exclusieve Cars\".<\/li>
  2. Services Exclusive Cars specialises in importing passenger cars from abroad and also offers the possibility of trade-in of existing cars.<\/li>
  3. Offers and agreements 3.1 All offers by Exclusive Cars are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3.2 An agreement is concluded after written confirmation by Exclusive Cars.<\/li>
  4. Prices and payments 4.1 All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.<\/li>
  5. Delivery and risk 5.1 Delivery times are indicative and not binding. 5.2 The risk of the imported car passes to the customer upon delivery.<\/li>
  6. Warranty and liability 6.1 The manufacturer's warranty applies to imported cars to the extent it is still valid. 6.2 Exclusive Cars is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage.<\/li>
  7. Trade-in 7.1 In case of a trade-in, the value of the car to be traded in will be deducted from the purchase price of the car to be imported. 7.2 The trade-in value is determined by Exclusive Cars on the basis of the condition of the car.<\/li>
  8. Retention of title Cars delivered remain the property of Exclusive Cars until full payment has been made.<\/li>
  9. Privacy Exclusive Cars processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. See our privacy statement at www.exclusievecars.nl<\/a> for more information.<\/li>
  10. Applicable law and disputes 10.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements. 10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Exclusive Cars is located.<\/li>
